How fast do we ship?
Orders received before 1 pm (Eastern Time in U.S.) on business day:
Ship on Same Day
Orders received after 1 pm, and during weekend or holiday: Ship on the next business day.
Business day: Monday to Friday
Business hour: 9 am ~ 6 pm (Easter Time in U.S.)
We close on the following holidays:

- Memorial Day: the last Monday on May
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day: the first Monday on September
- Thanksgiving Day: from the 4th Thursday to Sunday in November

The shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order package, distance, your shipping area (i.e. commercial or residential area), the shipping carrier (i.e.UPS or U.S. Postal Service) and the method you prefer (i.e. UPS Ground, 2nd Day, Worldwide Express or USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail etc.).
