9. Return/Exchange policy for wholesale
Within 14 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange any product(s) for the following reasons only
- Defective merchandise
- Wrong item shipped
No returns or exchange will be accepted after 14 days of receiving your order. All return merchandise must be in their original condition and appearance.
Return/Exchange Procedure
To return merchandise, please contact us with the following information:

- Email Address
- Item Number
- Date of Order
- Indicate whether you want to return or exchange
Once we have received your return/exchange request, we will issue a return/exchange confirmation number and give the mailing address for returns. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without the return confirmation number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns/exchanges must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged items as a result of improper packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds take 30 days to process from the date we receive your return shipment. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card that was used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.
